Limited Access Private Real Property Owner Civil Liability Immunity Act

SECTION 1. We, a majority of the adult Citizens of the United States of America, hereby declare that the owner or owners of all limited access private real property,, such as private homes, residential rental property, private land, ranches, or any other limited access private real property shall not be held civilly liable for any injury suffered on that limited access private real property by any person , whether invited or uninvited.

SECTION 2. This Act recognizes and establishes that there is an inherent difference between limited access private real property and general access private or public real property such as a store or public building.

SECTION 3. This Act shall not apply to any injury sustained by a person as a result of any criminal action, with malicious intent to harm, by the owner or owners of that limited access private property.

Upon being Approved and Ratified by a majority of the adult Citizens of the United States of America, this Act shall immediately become Law.
