Who We Are

Welcome to your new Government!!! A Government that will finally be truly of, by and for “WE THE PEOPLE”. For all practical political purposes “WE THE PEOPLE” means a majority of all the adult Citizens of the United States of America. We are currently an Advisory Council of 41 Council Members.

This is finally the realization of Thomas Jefferson’s dream that “every Citizen become an acting member of their government.”

The history behind the words, “WE THE PEOPLE”, and their importance was perfectly expressed in the closing statement of President George W. Bush in his 2008 State of the Union address on January 27, 2008. His quote is also our mission statement.

The words that President Bush spoke expand upon the famous words of President Lincoln in his Gettysburg Address: “That this Nation under God shall have a new birth of freedom, and that government of the People, by the People, and for the People shall not perish from the Earth.”

These uniquely American words, “WE THE PEOPLE”, appear at the beginning of every State’s Constitution as well as the Constitution of the United States of America.

As we enter a new decade of the 21st century “WE THE PEOPLE” now have the Internet to use to make this dream of a truly Democratic Republic that is of the People, by the People, and for the People, a reality!

The Federal Acts listed on this site for your consideration address some of the pressing issues that our present government in Washington D.C. has failed to address while they were busy doing the business of the special interests and not doing the business of the Citizens they were supposed to represent.

As we the Citizens of the United States of America are casting our votes on this site using our own names and not using a secret ballot, there is no chance of the fraud that can occur when casting a secret ballot. in fact there was no secret ballot in the United States until 1888.

The signers of the Declaration of Independence used their names at the risk of their lives and property! Their love of liberty and freedom and their love of their new country led them to take this risk.

I find it personally gratifying that so many United States Citizens are just as patriotic today. The United States of America is truly, still today in this new century, “The Land of the Free and the Home of the Brave!”

Upon being approved and ratified by a majority of the adult Citizens of the United States of America, any Act listed on this site will then immediately become law.

Any Act that is ratified by the votes of a majority of the adult Citizens may only be amended, altered or repealed by a vote of the people.

No agency, branch or body of the government can amend, alter or repeal an Act that has been ratified by a majority of the adult Citizens of the United States of America.

Thanks for your attention to these important National Acts.
